Subscription terms
Tazaso LLC, doing business as Catch A Charge ("Catch A Charge," "we," "us") is the seller of your membership. These terms explain what you get, how billing works, and how to cancel.
Catch A Charge Basic Membership - $10.00 USD per month
Monthly membership with Catch A Charge, a Las Vegas portable phone-charging kiosk company. Includes member perks at Catch A Charge kiosk locations, priority customer support, online appointment booking, personalized charging and rental assistance, and updates on new kiosk locations. Billed $10.00 USD every month until cancelled. Cancel anytime from My Account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Power bank rentals at kiosks are paid separately at the kiosk.

Catch A Charge Premium Business Plan - $50.00 USD per month
Monthly business plan with Catch A Charge, Las Vegas. Includes everything in Basic plus a managed digital advertising campaign displayed on Catch A Charge kiosk screens at partner locations across Las Vegas: ad upload and content scheduling, ad rotation, weekly ad updates, brand awareness campaign support, ad creative coordination, and priority kiosk service visits. Billed $50.00 USD every month until cancelled. Cancel anytime from My Account; service continues until the end of the paid period.

Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the same date you subscribed, and you are charged the plan price until you cancel.
How to cancel
Go to My Account and choose Manage billing, then cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your plan stays active until then.
Refunds
We do not give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it.
Kiosk rentals
Power bank rentals at Catch A Charge kiosks are billed separately at the kiosk and are not included in any subscription.
