Tazaso LLC, doing business as Catch A Charge ("Catch A Charge," "we," "us") operates this website from Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, create an account, request an appointment, contact us or subscribe. Our Subscription Terms explain membership and billing.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email and password, plus phone and business details you choose to add to your profile. Passwords are hashed and handled by our authentication provider.
- Appointment bookings: name, email, phone, business name, appointment type, date and time, and any notes you submit.
- Contact messages: your name, email, optional phone number and message.
- Subscriptions and billing: your plan, subscription status, billing dates and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Stripe collects your billing address and payment details in its checkout and customer portal. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are never stored on our servers.
- AI assistant (Ava): when you chat with Ava we store the conversation transcript (text, and text captions of voice calls), your language, the page you were on, which actions Ava took (such as checking availability, booking or passing you to our team), and your account ID if you are logged in. Any contact or business details you share with Ava may be saved as an appointment, a sales lead or a request for a human. Live voice audio is streamed to OpenAI only while you have voice turned on; we do not store audio recordings. Please don’t share card numbers, passwords or Social Security numbers in chat.
- Technical data: our hosting and server logs may automatically collect IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and error information. Hosting analytics may report page visits.
- Cookies and browser storage: login sessions use browser storage and may use cookies. We also use session storage to remember a selected subscription plan while you sign in. Any saved site preferences use browser storage as needed.
Power-bank rentals at physical kiosks are paid through the kiosk’s payment system, not this website. This policy describes the website; the kiosk payment system’s own notices apply to those payments.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, appointment bookings, subscriptions and customer support.
- Process payments and provide receipts and invoices through Stripe.
- Respond to contact messages and appointment requests.
- Manage advertising campaigns and related support for Premium customers.
- Keep the service secure, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems and meet legal obligations.
- Operate the Ava assistant: answer questions, check availability, book appointments, record your interest so our team can follow up, and pass you to a human when you ask.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep information
- Account data: while your account is active and afterward as needed for legal or accounting purposes.
- Booking and contact records: up to 3 years.
- Billing records: as required by tax law, typically 7 years.
- Ava conversation transcripts: up to 90 days, then deleted automatically, unless the conversation led to a booking or sales lead, in which case the booking and contact retention period applies. No audio recordings are stored.
We may keep records longer when the law requires it. These are our retention commitments, not a claim that the website has an automated deletion feature.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by email or phone. You can update profile details and cancel a subscription in My Account using Manage billing. Cancellation follows the Subscription Terms.
If you receive marketing emails, you can opt out using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us. Necessary account, billing and service messages may still be sent.
Nevada residents may request to opt out of the sale of covered information under NRS 603A, although we do not sell it. California and other U.S. state residents may have additional rights to know or access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, and to receive equal treatment when exercising those rights. We honor these requests regardless of your state of residence.
Send requests by email or phone using the details below. We verify your identity before acting and respond within 45 days. Some information must be retained for legal or accounting obligations. We will explain any limits that apply, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.
You can manage cookies and storage in your browser. Blocking or clearing session storage may sign you out or prevent account features from working.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls to protect information. Stripe handles card information through its PCI-compliant payment services. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
